Walking Meditation

Starting Friday, May 30, we’ll meet every Friday at 10:30 a.m. for mindful walking meditations in different spots around the city and nearby. It’s a chance to slow down, breathe, and enjoy a peaceful time in nature together.

Mindful walking in nature offers a powerful way to reconnect with the body and the present moment. Surrounded by natural beauty, the senses awaken—the sound of leaves rustling, the feeling of earth underfoot, the rhythm of breath aligning with each step. This gentle practice reduces stress, calms the mind, and invites a sense of peace and clarity. By walking with awareness, we nourish our physical health and cultivate gratitude, presence, and a deeper connection to the living world around us.
