Film Screening: In The Room
In October, we will be screening the documentary film In The Room from Afghan-Canadian Filmmaker Brishkay Ahmed. Vancouver-based Ahmed will introduce her film to us by video:
Resistance stories from five Afghan women come together to showcase the defiance, sisterhood, and enduring fight for women’s freedom in Afghanistan.
