Embracing Change – Famously attributed to the Greek philosopher Heraclitus, “The only constant is change,” means that life is in a perpetual state of flux, transformation, and movement. However, the fear of change is also a constant. How might we open ourselves to opportunities for innovation, growth and renewal?
