Mobbing: The Dark Side of Human Nature

We’ve all heard of bullying, which is a type of individual aggression – one person bullies another. Mobbing is group aggression with the involvement or consent of someone in a leadership position. It happens in families, workplaces and community or religious organizations and this short presentation will give an overview of what we know about the phenomenon of being “ganged up on”.
