Congregational Workshop: How can we better walk the walk?

Last year, the board created a Committee on Right Relations (CORR) to strengthen the quality of relationships within UUFO. Now we are asking ourselves how we can better live our values and build a strong community.

How do we want to make decisions together? How can we deal with disagreements? How do we make sure everyone’s voice is heard? Let’s develop the tools we need to address challenges when they occur!

Whether you are a new or long-term member of UUFO, everyone wants to be in right relationship – but we all know that sustaining healthy relationships is easier said than done. 

“Ours is a faith based not on “right belief” but on “right relationship.” So we need to ask ourselves: “How is the relationship?”
