Worship Service: Moving From Empathy to Compassion
Moving From Empathy to Compassion
There is much pain and suffering in our community, our city, our county and the world. While our empathy provides awareness, it is our compassion that drives us to take the positive actions necessary to alleviate it. Learning how to use our time, talent and treasure to best effect allows us to make a sustainable and rewarding impact over our lifetime. Guy will speak on how positive action springing from our compassion is the magic ingredient that underlies our UU principles and drives our Social Justice activities.
