Blue Christmas—Sadness is OK!!

Life includes grief and sadness, and awareness of loss. All the expectations of ‘happiness’, especially at this time of year, can get in the way of giving voice to those feelings. Our Blue Christmas service is an opportunity to be in touch with those feelings, be compassionate to ourselves and others, and find support and hope.
