Talking about Death and Dying: Workshop
Despite the presence of death and dying in our lives, we are seldom comfortable in speaking about death or contemplating our own death. We put discussions about death at an arms length or find it hard to talk about death to the important people in our lives, sometimes until it is too late.
Through personal reflections and discussions in a small group setting, we will explore our personal values and attitudes towards death, and how we can face death with less fear and discomfort.
Discussions will take place in a safe and confidential space, with guidelines co-created by participants.
Join experienced facilitator, Evangeline Danseco, for this unique 4-session workshop opportunity, each Wednesday in November at 10am!
- Nov 5: Session 1 “How do we talk about death?”
- Nov 12: Session 2 “What do I want to pass on?”
- Nov 19: Session 3 “What happens when we die?”
- Nov 26: Session 4 “What can I do to prepare?”
