Worship Service: Water Communion and Ingathering
September 8 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
Living Water– Water is essential to all life. It is vital for our health, draws people together in community, feeds us, and is a symbol of hope for the future. Unfortunately, for many, the lack of clean water threatens all of these benefits we take for granted, and industrial and commercial exploitation of waters is becoming a threat to all of us. Each year as we return to regular Sunday services, we celebrate the various waters that have nourished us over the summer months. Bring a small sample of water from your summer experience. Come together to begin a UUFO journey that will look at multiple aspects of the search for water justice over the next year.
